This very comfortable spacious first floor apartment is situated in a most desirable location in the picturesque coastal village of Lynmouth on the banks of the River Lyn and just two minutes level stroll from the delightful village centre. Occupying the entire first floor of the building with the main access at the rear with two floors of stairs leading up to a landing which gives access to the various rooms in the apartment. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very comfortably furnished throughout with night storage and electric heaters to provide year round warmth. One double bedroom with views across the river to wooded hillsides, sea glimpses and ensuite shower room/wc. Access across landing to spacious living/dining room with TV and DVD.
