The curve of Seabreak's stunning sea view picture window echoes the curves on the breaking waves of the Atlantic literally a stone's throw from the balcony. The apartment is the very definition of contemporary with massive windows in abundance flooding the living space with natural light. Guests are treated to panoramic sea views towards Hartland Point and Lundy Island in the distance with accommodation on two floors. In the main living area on the second floor, hardwood flooring runs right through, there are comfy leather sofas and the fully glazed sea-facing elevation opens onto a balcony with outside seating for al fresco dining with a backdrop of setting sun over the ocean. The dining table is placed at the other end of the room with views over the village, where there is a second balcony. The two first floor bedrooms are stylish and the main room has a King sized four poster bed with windows again filling the whole wall. There is also a balcony from this room with sea views. Westward Ho! is the only place in Britain with an explanation mark in its name, but there's more to it than quirky grammar. Golden Bay beach is a long strip of sand backed by a pebble ridge. On the northern end, you can access the Northern Burrows, a scientifically important area which juts out into the mouth of the estuary. A site of special scientific interest, it boasts sand dunes, salt marsh, grassland, rocky shore and is teeming with wildlife, including rare plants, insects, birds and stunningly vivid lichen. A short drive takes you to Barnstaple, which is the commercial and agricultural centre of North Devon. It is a charming place that comfortably blends a handsome past with an energetic, present-day buzz. It has a mix of cutting-edge retail outlets, long-established family owned stores and little boutiques

It is delightful. Very well equipped and so light and spacious. The view across to Lundy is spectacular especially at sunset.
