This newly built beach villa between Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows Country Park is situated on a four-acre exclusive development and adjoins the Royal North Devon Golf Club. Sleeping 8 people, The Beach House is at the end of a cul de sac and has been built to provide modern contemporary living with a twist of character.  The open-plan living area is a large, sociable area with comfortable settees, a woodburner for cooler evenings and Sonos sound system. Bi-folding patio doors open out onto a patio with ample furniture and a barbecue. The modern kitchen with high gloss white units has a good-sized dining table and a useful neighbouring utility room with a door to the outside. The ground floor also has a large bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room which is perfect for anyone in the party with mobility problems. This bedroom also has bi-folding doors leading out onto the patio. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a Superking-sized bed and with an en-suite shower room and bi-folding doors leading out to its own patio with small bistro table and two chairs. There is also a family bathroom and a third bedroom with a Kingsize bed and bunks (for children only).These rooms are all characterful  with internal wooden shutters and two have vaulted ceilings. The Beach House is within easy walking distance of the beach and all village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Just perfect for an activity holiday, the 2 mile stretch of golden sand offers an opportunity to enjoy surfing, wind surfing, kayaking and kite surfing and the blue flag beach is ideal for families.

Lounge/kitchen/diner: Woodburner, Smart TV and Sono sound system. Electric oven with halogen induction hob, pop up extractor, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge/freezer (with water and ice dispenser) and an instant boiling water tap (care needed)

Bedroom 1: King-size bed and TV. En-suite shower room with washbasin and WC.


First floor:

Bedroom 2: Superking-size bed En-suite shower room with washbasin and WC

Bedroom 3: King-size bed and Bunk beds suitable for children only.
