Flat 30 in Clifton Court is the perfect bolt hole for a couple. It has fantastic views of Putsborough Beach from its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner as well as its balcony – and has the added bonus of a shared indoor swimming pool. Situated between Croyde and Woolacombe, the apartments are on four levels with each having a designated parking space (additional guest parking is on a first come first served basis) and all having individual views of the beach. Number 30 has a spacious living area with a well-positioned dining table which makes the most of the view and patio doors leading out to the balcony. The apartment has good quality furniture and feels cosy throughout the year. There is a sofa bed in the living area which can be made up as a bed for alternative sleeping arrangements and the modern bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outside, a lane at the side of the building leads to the beach which, like the majority of locations along the North Devon coastline, is renowned for its fantastic surfing conditions and has been known to hold waves over 12 feet high! The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves in addition to beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The seasonal beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out boards and wetsuits. A choice of shops, pubs and restaurants are available approximately two miles away in Croyde or slightly further in Woolacombe.  With fantastic sea views stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point, Flat 30 makes a perfect retreat for couples – especially those who love the beach and are keen to explore the amazing coastline on foot or bike.

We always return to Putsborough area at least once every couple of years or so. Discovered over forty years ago on our first family holiday in North Devon with young children and with memories of the many happy family holidays that followed we now love coming back as empty nesters to look up old haunts and are still discovering new ones. Mainly now staying in one of the excellent Clifton Court Apartments. Almost feels like a second home.

Mr Roy S,

Fantastic location very simple to book and on arrival easy access to our apartment. Marsden trouble free to deal with very helpful people and very nice to deal with, would recommend highly.

Mr Paul T,

Excellent property for 2 people.

Mr David E,

We just love Clifton Court. Every property we’ve stayed in at the complex is great.

Mrs Nicola C,

Our welcome was simply amazing - the icing on the cake. A tray laid for tea, Christmas decorations and fresh flowers to greet us... it seemed as if nothing was too much trouble.

Ms Karen W,
