Description

Situated in a prominent location with beautiful coastal and country views, this large Victorian semi-detached house offers an elegant and comfortable family holiday home from which to explore this wonderful part of the North Devon Coastline.  Ilfracombe's town and picturesque harbour which is within half a mile’s walk is full of independent shops and eateries, even boasting a Michelin star restaurant.  You also have the famous tunnels beach which was hand carved in the 1820’s, the four tunnels provide a truly unique experience.

This home offers a wealth of original features with Victorian tiles and ornamental fireplaces, also the original stained-glassed front door.  Sitting outside the pretty garden which is tiered and carefully maintained also provides a decking area outside the lounge, this offers spectacular views across the harbour and out to sea!

For golf enthusiasts Ilfracombe has a course known for its “see the sea from every tea!” or for walkers you have the rugged South West Coastal Path that can take you to Woolacombe or a variety of other destinations.  Use of the local swimming pool is just across the road.
