Heanton Lodge is a spacious, detached house in an elevated position with panoramic sea views, a large garden and plenty of space for eight people. Situated in the village of Heanton Punchardon very close to Braunton, it’s within walking distance of The Williams Arms a popular thatched village pub and restaurant in Wrafton. The entrance to this wonderful holiday home is through a useful porch/boot room and into the open-plan kitchen and dining room. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar with kitchen stools and a built-in electric oven with ceramic hob; whilst the dining area, which is through an archway from the kitchen, has a table large enough to seat the whole party. The light and airy living room has patio doors leading out on the west side of the garden and some comfy settees arranged around the Smart television and the south-facing conservatory offers an extra living space for any of the group who would like some “quiet time”. A useful utility room and cloakroom complete the accommodation downstairs. Upstairs there are four well furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second King is at the west end of the house and has lovely sea views. In between these bedrooms are two Twin bedrooms and the modern shower room with large walk-in shower. Outside, Heanton Lodge has a long sweeping drive which is large enough to park three cars comfortably and there are some beautiful south-facing patios with views over the River Taw and the impressive dunes at Braunton Burrows (which is a designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve) and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

A lovely house to hold a family get together. We were lucky to have good weather as well, the house with the wonderful views have left us all with very happy memories.
The house was wonderful, very well equipped and furnished. We had a wonderful stay. Loved all the windows and the views from them were amazing.
Heanton Lodge was ideally placed for many different outings, including the local beaches, coastal walks, towns on the north coast etc. Booking the holiday was easy and the staff at Marsdens very helpful.
A very well refurbished property with an excellent layout and pretty much everything that we could want was provided.
Thank you for a lovely stay in Devon. Lovely home and lots of space, you have thought of everything and this made our stay so comfortable.
the house was fabulous, and like staying in someone’s home rather than a rental.
A house with a wonderful mix of modern and classic styles. The garden was used such a lot and never failed to impress us as it is beautifully kept.
Had a fabulous holiday in North Devon. Lots of sunshine and lovely beaches and an amazing house to stay in. Everything we could need and more, an absolute treasure.
Very clean property, very peaceful, fantastic views and kids enjoyed the rabbits and pheasants that visited daily- a great family stay, thank you all very much.
We have had a lovely family holiday and made lots of memories. Love the location and the big comfortable home.
