This modern, family house offers an ideal base for exploring the beautiful coastline of North Devon. It’s location for the sandy beach of Croyde, famous for surfing and patrolled by the RNLI Lifeguard service available every day from May to September is within a short walk. The picturesque village of Croyde with its choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and surf hire is minutes away.
Designed in an open plan style, the living room has a wood effect laminate flooring with its comfortable sofas and Smart TV, Wi-FI. Walk through to the dining area with pine dining suite and through to the kitchen with its range of fitted units with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms - a king size bedroom and a twin with a shared family bathroom.
Enclosed garden with patio area, a real sun trap in the summer. Private Parking. One pet welcome from the 7th September onwards.
Croyde has some spectacular walking to offer, from the National Trust headland of Baggy Point with amazing views or along the coastal path to Putsborough beach with its three-mile expanse of golden sands towards Woolacombe Bay. In the village you can go Horse Riding and they will even arrange a ride along the beautiful beaches, or why not bring your golf clubs for the championship golf course at Saunton Sands.
