Description

Located in a quiet area of the pretty village of Croyde yet within a few minutes walking distance to the cafes, shops and pubs this spacious family home has a lovely south facing front garden, with raised decking area perfect for those summer evenings for barbeques and al fresco dining.  Fircones is also about a 10-minute walk to the golden sandy beach, famous for its surfing.  The delightful rock pools at low tide perfect for little ones to explore with buckets and fishing nets.

This property offers an open plan kitchen/diner ideal for those family gatherings with seating area at one end of the kitchen with a TV for little ones.  There is a sitting room with feature pine fireplace, three-piece suite.  Five bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements.  One en-suite bathroom/WC shared by two bedrooms and further family bathroom/WC.  Attic bedroom five with double bed, walking through to an open plan area with sofa bed for alternative sleeping, and shower room/WC (sloping ceiling).

Outside, the utility outhouse has a wet room, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, and area to store wetsuits.

Croyde offers some fabulous walking.  Head to Baggy Point part of the National Trust for an exhilarating coastline walk and stop at the Tea Rooms or alternatively walk to Putsborough beach along the coastal path, enjoy a break at the beach café enjoying those panoramic views and two miles of golden sands towards Woolacombe.  Saunton Sands beach is only a short drive away, also the famous Saunton Golf Course renowned for its 36 holes of beautiful championship links golf.
