This modern contemporary newly renovated beach chalet is just minutes away from the superb surfing beach of Croyde and the pretty village with its choice of shops, restaurants and pubs. For those that enjoy walking visit the National Trust owned headland of Baggy Point with its dramatic vistas and rugged cliffs.
The property is stylish and light with its open plan living space providing a warm atmosphere with the underfloor heating. Enter through the front door into a porch area and then to the open plan kitchen with its bright white modern units and blue glass splashback, integrated fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Lovely property, very well maintained and extremely clean on entry. Perfect location for walking to the beach and the town and would be more than suitable for children too. Would highly recommend staying at cockleshell and hopefully will be returning in the future!
