This five bedroomed detached home has been built to a high Scandinavian specification and is just a short walk from the centre of Croyde. With generous gardens and a patio, spacious bedrooms, a garage and summerhouse, it has everything needed for a large group to holiday together. Once through the five bar gate entrance, there is plenty of parking on the drive. The entrance porch leads into a hallway which in turn leads into the living room. This spacious room has a gas feature fire, large comfy settees and a Smart TV with both Sky and BT entertainment packages. Patio doors lead out from the living room onto the decked patio which overlooks the lawn. The separate dining room, which has a long dining table and side dresser, also has patio doors leading out onto the decking. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has a further dining table and an adjoining utility room where there is an extra sink, a washing machine and tumble dryer.  A cloakroom off the hallway and twin bedded room complete the rooms downstairs. Upstairs, there are four spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have en-suite bath and shower rooms respectively and enjoy views over Croyde to the sea. All five bedrooms have radio alarms. Bon Accord benefits from under floor heating, with individual room controls and also a ventilation system which circulates clean air. Guests are welcome to use the garage to store surf boards, bicycles and set suits

Lovely property, with great location and facilities. Property within walking distance to Croyde village and beach which was a huge plus, and as one of our party was a runner, he loved the run up to Baggy Point every evening. We walked it and the views were wonderful. Definitely would recommend this property for a holiday.

This was the perfect property for our family holiday. The facilities at the property covered everything we needed. The spacious rooms and large, safe garden were ideal for the children to play in (1 year and 4 years). The property was in a great position, with the restaurants and shops in Croyde, the beach and the Cascades pool all in easy reach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a family holiday in North Devon.
